Sharea Clark spent a career with people navigating injury, aging and recovery, and watched them make progress in therapy only to feel lost once it ended.
“I kept seeing the same gap. People wanted to stay proactive, but traditional gyms felt intimidating, and therapy was not always the right fit anymore. I wanted a space where people could safely work on both their brain and body, together.”

My husband and I have been very impressed with the Marbles program. The staff is exceptionally capable, warm and supportive. The combined mental and physical exercises are both fun and challenging. The program was suggested to us by our “healthy aging” doctor and I have seen real improvement over the several months we’ve worked with them. I recommend the program wholeheartedly.Posted on Google

Marbles has truly been a blessing for my mom’s recovery after brain surgery. She was dealing with both cognitive and physical challenges, and we could see a noticeable drop in her reaction time and focus when she took a break for physical therapy. Once she returned to Marbles, the improvement was amazing with measurable progress in her balance, timing, and overall confidence. Sharea and her team are wonderful, patient, encouraging, and truly invested in every person who walks through the door. It’s such a unique place that combines brain and body fitness in ways we’ve never seen before. We’re so grateful to have something this innovative right here in our community.

Brain-body fitness combines cognitive exercises with physical movement to improve both mental sharpness and physical strength simultaneously. Our dual-task training challenges your brain while strengthening your body, leading to better balance, coordination, memory and overall quality of life.
We work with members who have various health conditions including Parkinson’s, MCI, dementia, post-stroke recovery and more. During your first workout we identify any considerations, and we can coordinate with your healthcare providers to ensure safe, effective training.
